Version history not working on document, I need an old version
Hi,
By accident I deleted a part of a document. Now I want to recover this part with the old version (I deleted the part of the document less than 30 days ago) But when I go to version history it only shows the current version. I checked the old version of an other document and I was able to see the old version of a different document (but not the old versions of the document I need to recover).
I hope it's all clear.
The document is an online Excel spreadsheet.
I really don't know what to do next.
Thanks in advance!
If there is not showing any version history available at all on the file it hasnt been edited in over 30 days on Dropbox.
Is it possible you moved it / renamed it / relocated it? Dropbox sometimes doesnt link moves together easily.
Have you checked www.dropbox.com/events to see when it was last edited?
