Deleted files from 2022-2023 reappeared in the Deleted files page

I have a business account and on Monday myself and 2 others have found that there’s items in our deleted folder ‘reappear’ from 2022-2023. These files were not there the previous week. Has this h...

Hey Businessuser2, thanks for bringing this to our attention!

 

Just to clarify, are you seeing these files only in your Deleted files page? 

 

Did you also check your All files tab, and there’s nothing that should be deleted there? 

 

Finally, the files that you see now, had they been previously permanently deleted and were they shared among all three of you?
