RAW=1 link no longer working for videos in Chrome

Hi,   For MP4 videos, when I share links, I change the dl=0 at the end of the link to raw=1.  This no longer seems to work in Google Chrome as of the past few days.    Was there something cha...

    Hi Walter

    I've tested in Chrome v89 64bit and Microsoft Edge v89 64bit

    without extensions (that I am able to disable on company notebook) and also in Incognito mode on both

    but still get the same issue of the player controls showing but not being able to play the video when using "raw=1" query param.
