My files are gone, and Rewind doesn't work.
I just started a backup and some of my files are lost. I cant access them. Would appreciate if anyone know how can i get them back. also i have tried rewind but didn't work.

You mentioned that you started a backup. Just to make sure we're on the same page: are you referring to our Backup feature?
If not, would you be able to clarify the steps that you followed on your end? Also, have you checked both your deleted files page, and events page?
If I were you, I'd also take a look at my sharing tab.
