My employer removed all my files and I can't contact support
How about if Dropbox connected a link to their chat button? It doesn't respond, not in English anyway..
Also, my employer seems to have done something (during updating) that removed all my files I've been saving for the past 24+ years, but because Dropbox doesn't actually have an email address that anyone in the company monitors, I can't get any help with my issue. So if my files were accidentally deleted, the clock is ticking down to when the 30-day retrieval period will be over, and I can kiss all my files goodbye.

Hey CB70, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Regarding contacting support, can you try from a different browser, to see if it helps?
As for your files, have you checked your deleted files page or your events page to see if you can locate them?
If they were shared folders, make sure to also check your "shared" page as well.
Let me know what you find.

There are no deleted files, events page lists nothing current, and I looked in shared folders. I can't find any record of them!

Have you reached out to your team admin to ask exactly what they did, what process was followed, etc.? That will provide a clue as to what may be need to recover your files, if possible.
