Issues with Folders in Admin Console Content - not visible and not able to move

Hey NSI, sorry to see you're having trouble.
Where did you create this folder? In your member folder (folder with your name) or the team space (the space outside the member folder)?
Also, the personal folders you're trying to move, are they shared or non-shared folders?
Are you the owner of the destination folder as well?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Thanks for helping me Hannah! Here are the answers to your questions:
It was created in the Member folder, BEFORE we changed our account to a Business account. So when it was created there was no team space yet.
Some folders are shared, some are not.
Yes, I am the owner of the destination folder.

In order for you to move a folder from the member folder to the team space, the Manage access setting needs to be set to Folder members as well.
To check this, follow the steps below:
a. Click Manage to the right of the folder.
b. Click Folder settings.
c. See Folder members from the dropdown next to Manage access.
