I get an error that I don't have permission to restore one of my deleted folders.
Hallo, one of my Folders that I created was deleted by perhaps me by accident or one of the users. I see the folder when I click "show deleted folder" but when I want to activate it, it tells me, that I am not allowed to do this. This is crazy, because it was my folder. What can I do and who can help to get thsi folder back.

Can you clarify when this folder was deleted exactly?
If you receive the same error via another browser/incognito window, I’d also like a screenshot of it here.

Nancy, it was deleted at the 3rd of October. How can I give you the screenshot Ist there an attachment function here? I can´t find it.

I'm assuming you're talking about a shared folder, right? If so, then have you checked your sharing tab, by any chance?
Do you see the option to add the folder back?
