Can you clarify when this folder was deleted exactly?
If you receive the same error via another browser/incognito window, I’d also like a screenshot of it here.
Let me know more info, and we’ll look into this.

Nancy, it was deleted at the 3rd of October. How can I give you the screenshot Ist there an attachment function here? I can´t find it.

I'm assuming you're talking about a shared folder, right? If so, then have you checked your sharing tab, by any chance?
Do you see the option to add the folder back?

Yes, but the system tells me that I am not allowed to add the folder back. And this is strange because it was my folder.

Hi stuehrenberg, you can click the camera icon in the reply box in order to upload an image.
Alternatively you can copy and paste the image in your next reply.
