How can I preserve my domain, after deleting, and disbanding Business team?

I'm cancelling our Dropbox Standard and I'd like to know what the best option for our users will be to not being able to use our domain with free Dropbox accounts. If I disband the team, users will be downgraded to free accounts, and I'm assuming they will be able to use our company domain, is this correct? If I delete the accounts, all the accounts will be deleted, but does it mean our users will be able to open free Dropbox accounts with our company domain? Does anybody have gone through this?

    Hi Royola, welcome to our Community! 

     

    From what I understand, you wish to prevent people from using your Business domain, in order to create and open accounts with it. 

     

    You were correct. If you disband the team, people should be able to use your company domain and either create a new account, provided that they have access to the email address, or use individual accounts.

     

    I don't have a workaround that would prevent them from doing so, but I'll definitely keep the thread open, to see if anyone can chime in.
