Deleting files above 2Gb
I had a subscription with Dropbox and was trying to use Backup to save files on a couple of USB drives. I couldn't get this to work properly, despite lost of input from support, so I cancelled the subscription and got a refund. I still seem to have 140Gb of files in my account though. I thought I had deleted them but now I can't even see what they are.
I would like to go back to my free account with 2Gb but can't use that because of all the other files (that I don't need)
Hi GordonLamb8, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It sounds like the external drive backup is still on your account. You should be able to see and delete it from this page.
Keep me updated with any progress!
