Deleting Dropbox without losing files on iCloud and OneDrive

I used Dropbox extensively when I ran a consulting company. But now I am retired and do not need Dropbox--just OneDrive on my PC and iCloud on my Mac are enough. Right now Dropbox is frozen and not synching for some time. How do I delete Dropbox on my Mac and still make sure no files are lost? Thank you in advance.
