Can not Delete files with this name "one.attlocal.net's invalid files"

I have several files that I am trying to delete in my DB.  When I select them and then Delete, a few seconds later, they reappear.  see image below.  There are 4 folders total, sometimes more, but t...

Hey sclippy - sorry to jump in here, but could you try checking the version history of a sample file of the problematic ones to see which device, application/process or user is adding it back to your account?

there are no files within these folders.  When I double click to open it, nothing happens.

These files only show up on 2 different computers.  I have access to both and tried to delete on both, but they keep showing up again.

    In this case, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly.

     

    They should be able to take a look into your account and assist you further.
