All the files on my Dropbox account have 247_Plankton added to the file name, and I can't open them
Just tried to access one of my Excel files stored in Dropbox and it appears every single one of my Dropbox file names have been changed. They all have 247_Plankton added to the file name and the file types have all been changed also so I cannot open any of my files. Any idea what is happening? Did I get hacked????

You have almost certainly got a virus or malware on your machine which has corrupted the files.
Have a look at https://help.dropbox.com/security/phishing-virus-protection for help.
You need to clean the computer and devices and then restore the files back to previous versions if possible. You can do that via https://help.dropbox.com/delete-restore/recover-older-versions
