We can't scroll through photos like we used to. What changed?
We use drop in our remodeling business. There are always lots of before, after, and during pictures. Upon downloading the most recent update to the software we noticed that the app is very useful for...

Thanks for the additional info, mmartin131.
Could you check if you have an option for a Dropbox preview after clicking on one of the photos in the folder? More specifically:
- Open the desktop app.
- Open the folder you have all your photos in.
- Click on a photo in the folder.
- On the right side of the desktop app, click on the Open option.
- Select Dropbox preview on the drop-down menu.

Thanks for getting back to me, mmartin131.
Just to make sure we're on the same page, are you unable to see or use the scroll bar that should be on the right-hand side of the desktop app and your File Explorer?
Or are you referring to a presentation-like preview of the photos?

hopefully this helps.
Open desktop app--> open folder of pictures--> double click to open a picture.
Prior to update we could switch between pictures using side arrows once a picture was opened, now we can't. Is there setting that will allow this feature or is it just gone?
