Preview Images on tablet is wrong. Rectangular instead of how they should be.
Good morning, I have a problem with viewing images from Tablet. Instead of appearing to me in their original format, they appear rectangular.
I attach image to clarify.
Each image is approximately 1000x1500 px in size, but from tablet the display is backwards, i.e. 1500x1000 px.
The problem came about 4 days ago, previously the display of the images was correct.
We would like to figure out how to solve it

Let's start with the basics, in order for me to have an idea of what we're working with.
Can you let me know the exact OS of your Samsung tablet, along with the version of the Dropbox app that you're using there?
If I were you, I'd try clearing the cache off of my Dropbox app, and then trying again to see if it changes anything.
