I am having the same problem. It actually started on my phone, after I updated the iOS. It was fine on my iPad but I updated the iOS on it, too, and now have the same problem.

Do you have a screenshot of the exact error perhaps Mikmeister?

Essentially Dropbox says Microsoft Office Mobile wants access to files and folder in Dropbox, tells us to log into Dropbox. Then in Excel the folders and files become searchable, but if you try to open any given Excel or Word file, it loops back to the same prompt about Microsoft wanting access.

You should be able to attach a screenshot via the camera icon within your reply box Mikmeister
If you're on a mobile device and not seeing it, try requesting the desktop version of the page.

Every time I try to open an Excel or Word document this is what comes up. I log in, try again, and it goes back to the same prompt.
