Corrupt photos
All of my photos from 2013 back to 2010 come up saying "Couldn't preview this file" and then when I try to download them (jpg files) it comes up saying "It appears that we don't support this file for...

Hey jandlnicholson1, sorry to hear about this.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact errors you've been getting when trying to preview the file on our website and another one from when you open the file locally on your device after downloading it?

Do you remember how you uploaded them in the first place, Leanne?
Also, were you ever able to preview those files normally on our website? Can you preview them in your Photos tab?
Have you perhaps tried to open those files with another program on your computer?
Can you download a sample file from the problematic ones and check its file properties and size on your computer?
Keep me posted on your findings!

Hi
I'm facing a similar problem.
I tried to download it via my computer but I can't.
At one instance, I tried to download from my phone and succeeded. But when i tried it again, I couldn't.
