- Greg-DB8 years agoDropbox StaffThanks! We're looking into it. I'll follow up here once I have an update for you.
- Syed Saad A.8 years agoExplorer | Level 4Thank Greg. Can I get an estimate? as I am getting so many customer complaints about their files not showing up since friday. I have created 1 Test folder with 10kb image file which is also not syncing by using list_folder/continue api v2 call.

It looks like we should be able to get this fixed today. I'll follow up here once I have an update.
For reference, it is expected that this issue occurs only when include_media_info=true. You can find more information on the include_media_info parameter in the documentation:
https://www.dropbox.com/developers/documentation/http/documentation#files-list_folder
Media information can include dimensions, location, and time_taken for photos, and dimensions, location, time_taken, and duration for videos. File size is not part of media information, and is included regardless of the include_media_info parameter.
- Syed Saad A.8 years agoExplorer | Level 4Hi Greg Somehow I managed to get change set using list_folder api v2 call by setting property include_media_info=false. Can you please guide me what is the difference between include_media_info=true and include_media_info=false ?
As I believe include_media_info=true this return image/video properties like file size and others.
