API which we can be used to fetch the content of a folder.
Is there any API that we can use to fetch the content of a folder created through salesforce by integrating salesforce with dropbox?

Dropbox StaffDropbox does offer an API that can be used to list the contents of folders, among other operations. Regardless of what platform you're using, as long as you can make HTTPS requests, you can issue calls to the Dropbox API. You can find everything you need to get started with the Dropbox API, including documentation, tutorials, and SDKs here.
In particular, to list the contents of a folder, you would use /2/files/list_folder[/continue]. The File Access Guide may be a good reference.
