When I view a Payment Receipt by doing this: Click the "Account" button at the upper-right of the home page Select "Manage account" from the pop-up menu Select "Billing" from the Tabs on the left of the page Click the "..." icon in the "More" column in the Billing History List on the page Select "Receipt" from the pop-up menu The receipt opens up in a new browsers page/tab. There is no navigation on this page. The only element on the page that I can interact with is the "Print receipt" button. (Thankfully, this button does not appear on the printed receipt!) I would like to suggest a "Close" button on this page. You must use one of the browser's controls to close it. Also, it appears to me that this page never times out??? Hey, guys. Long-time Dropbox user, but perhaps not for very much longer. Every time I try to go to Dropbox in the last couple of days, it is unresponsive. * No matter what browser I use * No matter which part of the website I try to access (it took 20 minutes to update a payment method) * Uploads (65 files, 15Mb each) estimated to take "days." Completely hangs. * Speedtest.net reports that my upload speeds are close to 1Gb. * Bitdefender has dropbox.com whitelisted. * I'm on ethernet connection... not WiFi. When I have completed an e-signature process on a doc and have saved the signed doc elsewhere, I would like to be able to delete that doc from the signatures section of the platform. At present, I am not able to do that. I use that section of the platform to manage my doc signature process and be able to instantly see which docs are in process. Once the doc has been signed, I no longer want to see that doc in that section. It gets cluttered. Plus, the platform charges for data storage. So I use Dropbox paper EXTENSIVELY and the new upgrade is not working my way. I get that the Paper is now a part of the file system. I can browse the folder using a file exporer and double clicking will open the website. That way does not work for me. If I go to paper.dropbox.com my documents are almost (99,9% gone) gone and all of my folder structure is completely gone. There is one single document. If I click on that I see the document and a sidebar that contains my folders (along with the rest of dropbox - which is annoying, but apparantly the new way). What is REALLY annoying is that everytime I click on a document, the sidebare reposition content, and I can't see the real location without using the scroll bars. And I can't resize the the sidebar. This view is completely useless. I can't click through document because of this reloading and repositioning. And I am not mentioning the fact that it is also slow, because of the way it loads the documents and loads folder structures lazy. Is my Paper profile broken? Or is this the way it is supposed to work? If that is the way it is supposed to work, I am looking for a new platform.22Views0likes5CommentsError "Can't upload. Unable to use drag and drop to upload files in browser - have tested both Chrome and Safari, Incognito and normal modes. Both browsers up to date. I receive the following error message: Note - I'm on a Personal account, NOT Business. I also have more than .5 GB of free space still available. This error message is appearing for all files types, including small .pdfs that are not exceeding that amount of free space on my DropBox. I get the "Check you other devices for a notification," and I have received this notification on at least two other devices, but clicking "allow" button does nothing. I have successfully installed Dropbox Passwords in Firefox on this same laptop. I’ve been using Dropbox and Paper for over 8years now. Everything was working well until this morning. Now the files that are on my paper app on my phone are nowhere to be found on my paper account online. I use Dropbox for my writing career and have the biggest show in years coming up Sunday. I have had a ticket open since 10am and have received no correspondence. I can see all my docs in the paper app just fine, and I can search for them on Dropbox but if I don’t remember the title, it doesn’t allow me to view them. I have over 200 paper files, and I have noticed that if I copy them all one by one and paste them into this new interface then I may have a shot I self restoring. For the past two days on the Dropbox website (Chrome browser Windows), I have gotten get Aw, Snap! or RESULT CODE HUNG memory error after waiting (and waiting) for the folder list to populate while trying to copy or move files. I have done all of the troubleshooting I can think of: My internet connection(s) are fine. In fact, I'm getting same error on each of our 3 different WiFi providers. My RAM says: 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable), and there plenty of memory space available on my Dell laptop. My Chrome version is up to date; and I have cleared caches, removed bad Chrome extensions, and even changed Chrome DNS settings. Same error occurs in Chrome incognito and in Microsoft Edge. I am not able to do this project on the Dropbox desktop or iPhone app. Failure of the folder list to populate makes it impossible to finish end-of-year projects. Is there something going on? When I am using Dropbox in my browser, every time I delete a file or folder I get a little black bar popup notification that tells me I just deleted a file or folder. But I already know that. I have to click Close to get rid of it. I know it goes away, but I never want to see it in the first place. The option to Undo could be handy, but couldn't it be something less annoying than a popup (distracting, and blocks the view of whatever is beneath it)?17Views0likes1CommentDropbox job application form not submitting.
