Hi! I'm a MacOs user As the topic says, the APP dropbox not working anymore when I travelling to China even with a working VPN, can anyone help me with this? The VPN working for google, YouTube and Gmail and everything that are restricted in China, but the dropbox app are just not working!!! I tryied to restarting the laptop and download newer version of dropbox but it still not working, I can't delete the dropbox because I got 700G that are super important for my work and I need it through the app not the web because many of my other app are connected to Dropbox app, so if I delete dropbox it will crush with the previous files from those app and my project folder will be broken!! WELL it's already crush for some app because can't access to the dropbox folder. I know it's a internet issue but can anyone help me to fix it plzzzz??? Bro's begginggggg!!!
I can't access the desktop settings to enable the autosaving of screenshots on Windows
when I downloaded dropbox onto my laptop, it prompted me to enable auto saving screenshots as jpeg, which has been quite helpful. however, I have not been able to enable that option on my pc, I can't access the settings, dropbox has a very useless article on how to enable this, but like I said, it is useless and full of wrong info, I can't open the "dropbox desktop app" in order to access the settings.

As multiple other users have already reported over the last couple years, I am seeing many of these error events in my Windows 10 Event Viewer, all coming from the DbxSvc(Dropbox service) event source. Can you all please fix your desktop client software to stop spamming my event logs with these errors? This issue has dragged on far, far too long already. Either stop emitting these errors, or fix the underlying problem. Thank you.
