Unable to synchronise Joplin. Giving authorisation error.
Hi, when I use Joplin and try to synchronise with Dropbox, its is giving me an error. could not authorise application: request to api.dropboxapi.com/oauth2/token failed, reason: Please try again In Joplin, i have selected Dropbox and and it provided me the link for authentication. When navigating to the link, I am successfully getting the code for authorisation. when i paste this link into Joplin Dropbox sync page, it waits for 5 sec or so and gives this error.
My Mac is stuck at "Syncing" after updating my OS.
Dropbox icon is saying "Syncing . . . " forever. I upgraded macOS to the latest version (15.3.1) and restarted the machine. (I don't know how to update Dropbox .) "View sync issues" says "You don't have any sync issues." How can one diagnose what's going wrong?
How to disable annoying "Upload Complete" pop-up
I have multiple Dropbox accounts for several different clients, and as such, I must use the Dropbox website for uploading and downloading files I share for one of my clients. When I want to add my files to a Dropbox folder via the website, I always get a pop-up box with a confirmation that my upload has completed. This pop-up box is very annoying. It takes up a lot of space in the lower left corner of my screen, and the only way to get rid of it is to close it by clicking the "X." I upload files all day long and this confirmation pops up every single time. This requires a lot of extra clicking so that I can uncover and see pertinent information on my screen. Question - is there any way to disable this notification, or at the very least change it so that it pops up but disappears on its own after a second or two?Stop asking me to upgrade! I've removed content from my local Dropbox folder.
I keep getting messages about storage I have removed files from the dropbox folder on my local machine. Well < 2GB Yet when I go online I can see on lt the same files, but and told I am using 9.4GB. Are you just trying to get me back on a paid subscription? Why are changes made on my local machine not reflecting online. I introcued many user to Dropbox and was rewarded for thia many years ago, did you also just remove my "earned space" reward?

for "Email to Dropbox" feature i rather have random numbers for email address (like UUID number, "591b6596-1632-434b-9dea-fb85db01ceab") or option to create you own email address (UniqueName@addtodropbox.com or username@addtodropbox.com) (no special characters, like !@#$%^&*, this could cause problems with email apps/tools) this is much safer and easier to use .. thank you André
"798 files unable to sync" error on the Dropbox desktop app
My DB has been syncing for weeks and alternatively tells me it can't sink files (300, 600, whatever). It says to check sync issues but there is no information if I click on that and I have no idea where to find the files that are "stuck". I think all of this syncing is also interfering with running other apps. I am at wits end! Please help!The Dropbox desktop application isn't running or syncing on my machine
Hi, earlier this month I uninstalled my Dropbox app after noticing that it stopped syncing files on desktop. However, after I re-downloaded and installed, I cannot open it. I tried re-installed again, and tried downloading the offline installation version, but still cannot solve the problem.
