"Upgrade your browser to use Dropbox: OEM DELL APP" error when redeeming promo
I am creating a new discussion, since the original discussion which is under the same title with out the OEM DELL APP, and was not started by me, has been locked. Here is what has happened. Dell had an app which gave you 20 GB of space in your Dropbox account, when you bought a Dell computer. This app has stopped working for quite a while now. I believe that it is using either Internet Explorer, or an older browser version which can not be updated. This app was preinstalled on I believe eligible computer, but I am not sure since my computer was the first Dell computer I have seen, which had this app.
How can I redeem the 50% Discount for Dropbox Plus with Adobe Creative Cloud?
I have both an Adobe Creative Cloud and aDropbox Plus subscription. I recently saw that I could be saving 50% on my Dropbox Plus sub. It has only recently renewed but as my work situation has changed I need to cut some costs while I seek new work. I want to keep my subscription but want to take advantage of this offer I'm entitled to. Could someone let me know if they've been able to do this? When I click Redeem Offer it says I already have a Dropbox Plus plan. I've been paying for Adobe for 30 years and Dropbox for 15 years. Billing issue with accout upgrade - Discount not reflected in confirmation email
I upgraded my DropBox account to essentials using a 40% discount link for your 1st year offered through my credit card. The sign up page corrrectly showed the 40% discount at $119.40, entered my credit card infoand hit submit. On the summary page it showed that after the 30 day trial my card would be charged $129.40. Thats $10 more than what it said previously and less than the 40% it should be. Then I receive my confirmation email and it says that after the 30 day trial I'm going to be charged the full amount at $215.67. Posting this here since not sure where else to seek help. Bit surprised DropBox offers no phone number or email option for personal accounts. Aside from just cancelling the trial not sure what else to do. Thanks for any help.
I claimed the Seagate promotion, but I don't see more space on my Dropbox account.
seagate claimed that it had a 6-month free trial Dropbox, so I claimed and put my credit card it doesn't work. someone please help me. even I got notified with an email that i got 6 months free from dropdown but when I open the account it shows that my storage is fullCan I keep my Dropbox files even after my promotional space has expired?
If I store entiore 22 GB data out of given 22 GB (20 given under promotion by Dell) within the next 12 months and after that if I didn't opted for subscription to increase my free limit of 2 GB storage per account then will Dropbox remove data of 20 GB or will I have continued access to my data even after promotional period of 12 months.Issues with redeeming the HP Dropbox promotion for my new laptop
I purchased a brand new HP laptop from Costco. It prompted me for a 100GB 12 month promotion. I clicked and logged into my account. Nothing changed. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing changed. Our of frustration, I clean installed the windows with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
