I urgently need to upgrade my plan because I am out pf storage, but this "Your plan and billing information are managed externally" is the message I receive when I try to upgrade. I have found which of my google accounts my subscription is connected to in the Google play store, but there I am only able to unsubscribe or resubscribe from my existing plan. The button to "manage" my subscription there only gives me the option to change my payment method. I literally am willing to give you (Dropbox) more money in the form of upgrading so it's extremely infuriating to not be able to. I am considering switching to a different cloud storage host other than Dropbox if I cannot get this fixed before April 2nd (when my subscription supposedly renews). Hi everyone, My name is Benoit, and I have been a Dropbox user since 2016. For me, my entire life is in Dropbox, and it is very important for me to have access to your solution. However, I have a small issue when trying to view my photos on the website (https://www.dropbox.com/photos). It is very difficult to find a specific photo, and the page loads very slowly! For example, when I try to find a picture from year, the page takes a long time to load. I set the filter to the year 2022, and it takes 4 to 5 minutes to display all the photos from that year! I tried in different browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, and Brave, but it's the same issue. Also, I tried in Linux Mint, Windows (10 and 11) and I've the same problem. My wife uses a different solution, like Google Photos(🤮), and when she wants to find a photo, it is not as slow as Dropbox and she can search for a photo by name. Help! I have been charged for dropbox plus, I was not warned in advance. But on top of that, they say I still have just basic. I tried using the chat to investigate the charge. The charge shows up when we look it up in the system, and on my credit card, but the chat system is not devised to help fix the problem. I need to talk to a real person, but they do not allow it for Basic. But now I have Plus and I still cannot talk to anyone! I paid to upgrade to the Plus plan this morning and my account still shows that I'm out of storage. There's a receipt in my account showing I paid, but I can't even chat with a customer service person because that's not included in the basic plan. I cancelled my subscription from the 2TB Dropbox Plus plan to the free DropBox Basic 9.5GB tier. Over the years, I had earned an extra 7.5GB space through referrals.
