My account has been upgraded to Dropbox Plus, but I still have 2GB of space.

Hi Ecyw01, thanks for posting on our forum.
If you refresh your page, do you still see that you’re on the Plus plan with 2GB of space?
If you do, I’d like you to open another browser, as a test, log in to Dropbox there and check your current quota again. In case you see the exact same thing, please send me one more screenshot here and I’ll check this further.
