Hi! I used the one-month free trial for Dropbox Essentials with a yearly payment but forgot to cancel. The same day the billing was made I emptied my Dropbox and cancelled the plan. When following the steps to cancel I selected the option for immediate cancellation because it said that I would be reimbursed through my current payment method. However, I don't know if I have to ask for that refund or if it's automatic. How long do I have to wait? Who do I have to contact? Can someone assist me with that? Hello, the FAQ says I should see a "cancel account" option under "manage account" but there is no such option. I did not purchase dropbox through an online app. There appears to be no way to contact the company based on my subscription. And I apparently have two separate accounts, both purchased this year, neither of which lets me cancel that respective account. I would be grateful for any help!
