Dropbox is inaccessible
I've ben trying to locate an email address for Dropbox so that I can ask why I keep being shown as having only the Basic account, when I have paid or more. Can't even find my past documents. Seems like a typical example of robots forcing everyone to fit with their pre-arranged responses rather than allowing a customer to ask a simple question. Not very satisfactory. How can I resolve this?
I had an account with 2 TB and today it's 2 GB. What gives?
I had an account for years that had 2TB on it. Today it's 2GB and no files. I still have the mirrored folder in Windows so there's that. No indication of deleted files being reported by Dropbox What the heck happened and why? I don't think I got any notice as to what happened... Bill

Hello, I had all of my really sentimental memories in photos and other files (from my time in university and over the years) deleted, but I never was clearly informed about this as I receive hundreds if not thousands of emails a month and I don't have time to read every single one of them. I may have skimmed over the email and did not realize the permanent deletion part as it was vague and I guess I missed that part of the text. Please help me recover my account and my college memories. I see that others have gotten their account recovered, so I would like for a support agent to do the same for me. Deleted data from free account after not logging in for over a year
I had apparently worked really hard to keep safe some files on Dropbox and actually increased my storage by sharing this service with a ton of people. But apparently I felt too safe and my account got closed due to me not logging in for over a year, and now all my data is lost. Is there any way to reactivate my account and recover those files, or unless you pay for this service, you actually have 0 protection from Dropbox? Is all my Data lost? It's very disappointing considering I did like this service for what it was.
I lost access to 2FA and none of the help resources are helping.
Lost access to 2FA with new computers and phones over the years so I cannot sign in and install dropbox on my new computer. You know what's frustrating? I have to sign into my dropbox account to post in this forum...but since I don't have accesss to 2FA...then the support bot can't help, nor can I get help anywhere. So it's a vicious loop cycle. So I had to make this fake account to use the help forums. ANYWAY I need my 2FA reset by an actual person not a chatbot. HELP.
I can't access my account after cancelling the Business plan
Haven't been able to access my account after business team was cancelled and all individual accounts are not able to sign in even though they all were created and separated before the business team and I didn't resubscribed to the plan. My main account is not accessible anymore even though I was still using it often and was created before the others. Hi! I'm a MacOs user As the topic says, the APP dropbox not working anymore when I travelling to China even with a working VPN, can anyone help me with this? The VPN working for google, YouTube and Gmail and everything that are restricted in China, but the dropbox app are just not working!!! I tryied to restarting the laptop and download newer version of dropbox but it still not working, I can't delete the dropbox because I got 700G that are super important for my work and I need it through the app not the web because many of my other app are connected to Dropbox app, so if I delete dropbox it will crush with the previous files from those app and my project folder will be broken!! WELL it's already crush for some app because can't access to the dropbox folder. I know it's a internet issue but can anyone help me to fix it plzzzz??? Bro's begginggggg!!!
Cannot open my account on the dropbox app of my android
It gives me error all the time when I try to open my account on my android with my correct email and password. I´ve tried by sending a code to my email, etc., but it doesn´t work and it tells me to contact the support center but the automatic replies have not helped either
