I'm recently switching over from another cloud platform, and when I just clicked to use it for personal on the free plan it said 'Please enter access code for this version of Dropbox' It only popped up for a second, does anyone know what this is and if I have to be worried about it? I am a consultant working with multiple businesses. I recently added a new customer, and they added me to their Dropbox. When I set it up, Dropbox linked my previous account onto my new account, meaning I can see the previous account's files when I log into the new account, but I cannot see the new account's files from the previous account's login. Hi Guys, I had an old account user with Drpbox (since 2010)! In this year i have changed my ISP from Fastweb to Vodafone. My fastweb mail (the Dropbox user account) it's EXPIRED!!! Hello, I think it would be a good idea to be able to lock/hide Dropbox folders without necessarily putting them in the vault. There are sensitive documents that we would like not to be accessible to everyone, without necessarily putting them in another place, and moreover, I may need to give access to my account to colleagues, so I think it would be nice to be able to lock/hide them with several security methods: - Security key (Face ID/Touch ID/Physical security key) - Specific password (or PIN) + You could choose to use the security method registered in the Dropbox account, or use another one. Haven't been able to access my account after business team was cancelled and all individual accounts are not able to sign in even though they all were created and separated before the business team and I didn't resubscribed to the plan. Our company has a DropBox Essentials account, which we use primarily for the DropBox Sign (formerly HelloSign) service. Ever since we signed up for DropBox Sign I have had problems logging in. I go to DropBox Sign and enter my email address and get the strange message: "Looks like there's already a DropBox account with this email. Continue with DrobBox" And from here I have two links to "Continue." I haven't used DropBox for a few months and it's disheartening to colme back and see that nothing has changed.
