"There was an error downloading your file"
Hello @ITSupport HF, and welcome to our forum.
To make sure we’re on the same page, you’re getting this error while downloading files from the Dropbox website to your computer. Right? If not, feel free to correct me.
Can you clarify the average size of the files you’re downloading?
Is this happening for all files you’ve tried to download recently or specific ones?
