Ive used dropbox for a while now & before I just uploaded a .apk file and when I accessed it through Downloader on my fire tv it would download and then have the option to Install.

Now when I add the .apk file it will download BUT there is no option to install????
I noticed that the links now have rlkey in them also.....
Ive always changed the dl=0 to dl=1
I still cant get it to give me an install option...
I have it on another storage app atcthe moment and working fine....But I like Dropbox better

Any help appreciated

Thanks for posting on our forum, @Djbad!

Are you experiencing the same behavior if you download the file via a different browser, as well? Feel free to send over a screenshot of what you see.

Also, to clarify, are you downloading the file from a shared link, or has it been saved to your own Dropbox account?

Regarding the shared links, it’s true that their structure has been updated (you can find more info on this here).

Keep me posted for more updates.
