Unable to open MP4 file, its less than 2 GB here on Drop box

The message I get is "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."

It would also not play on my computer, message there was " Either the file is unsupported or file extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupt.

I was able to take pictures using the card, but not video as per message above, If the card was corrupt, I would have not been able to take pictures

This was using a DJI drone.

Any idea what the issue may be. Thanks for your time...

Hi there @Sett - sorry to hear about this.

Could you send us a screenshot of the exact errors you're getting, both on the website and on your computer, so that we can have a look too?

How did you upload the files in the first place?

Let us know more information and we'll take it from there.
