The file is too large to open. Please try with a smaller file.
I created a Google Slides file on DropBox so that I could collaborate with my team. After a month or so of collaborative work, I got that error message. My Google Slides file is 200bytes and I can't open it. It says that the file is too big.
I have tried restoring to the last two previous versions, but it still says it's too big. I can't download it as a PowerPoint or do anything to it.
All our work has been saved there. How can I iaccess my document and what is the size limit for a Google slides presentation?
- WalterDropbox StaffHey CynthiaWaka; welcome to our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Just to make sure we're on the same page, can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you get?
Also, is Google showing under your account's Connected apps tab?
Let me know what you find!- CynthiaWakaExplorer | Level 3
Here's the screenshot @Walter
- WalterDropbox StaffThanks for the screenshot, Cynthia.
Can you try clearing your browser's cache or another browser and let me know if you get any different results?
- LusilDropbox StaffHey CynthiaWaka, just to make sure that we cover all initial troubleshooting, could you make sure that the app is connected from your Connected apps tab online?
