    Can you give me some additional information with regards to the error you received and the platform you use? 

    Is the file you're trying to download a shared link?

      Yes, it's a shared link. The website is "Transcription Hub"; To be apart of their team I have to go through a evaluation process and the Test Audio Link is not working and is showing some Error.
