I cant see my photos.

It has an icon with this underneath IMG_005.MOV and I can't see or open any photos of videos

This is so pointless I feel like tossing drop box 

It used to work fine

Would you mind clarifying which platform you're talking about? 

 

Do you try to preview your content using our desktop, or mobile app or the website? Also when did this start happening?
