I can't open my files

I've had dropbox for years and years. I have my entire life of photography and other projects saved in it.  Other than 2 folders I have been working in constantly over the last few weeks - I cannot open anything! They all say "cannot open file".   I can "see" the file on my phone, but they will not download!

 

Please HELP!!!

    Are you able to preview those files normally on our website? Could you please send us a screenshot of the error you're getting so that we can have a look too? 

     

    Also, what's the format and size of those files?

     

    Any additional information is more than welcome!
