Hey,

I received a very large dropbox transfer link and every time I try to download it, it gets stuck on the loading screen forever. I cleared the cookies and history, tried different browsers, different wifi, no solution.

Any tips?

Hey @jordanndaviss96! Thanks for your post.

Do you mind clarifying the size of the Dropbox transfer you received?

Are you experiencing the same behavior in incognito mode?

Let me know.

Hi! It doesn't say the size other than 237 items. And I know they're all 4k videos. So big!

Same thing in incognito mode.

I see. In general, the Dropbox website has a downloading limit of 250GB, so if the files are very large then this could be the reason why this is happening.

Can you try to download a few individual videos separately and let me know what happens?
