How do I move restored files back to my desktop DB?

I accidentally deleted everything from my DB going back to '19.  I got it restored, but everything only shows on my DB home page.  When I go back to my working DB page, nothing is back.  Where did it go & how can I get it all back under all the original folders?

When you mention your "working Dropbox page" would you mind clarifying a bit more? 

Are you referring to the desktop app locally? When restoring a file online, it should then automatically sync to your desktop app locally. 

Also, how did you restore your content?
