Error message - Link Temporally Disabled

Hi 

I get a error message when I try and open a link which was emailed to me.

Error message says " Link Temporally Disabled - This can happen when the link has been shared or downloaded to many times in a day - Check again later and we'll open access to more people.

 

I contacted the company who sent me the Dropbox link and they said they have no restrictions on the link and they resent the link but I still can't open the link.

    It's not a restriction put on the link by the company that sent it to you; it's a restriction put on their links by Dropbox because they've exceeded the sharing limits. They will need to resolve that issue before the link will work for you.
