Download error

Hi,

1)

Dropbox download does not work. It says "Failed - download error" when I want to download a .jpg file. This problem occurs with most (but not all) of my .jpg files. Once I press the download button, these .jpeg files cause problems and show up on my desktop as a file with a .crdownload ending that I cannot open. If I do within Dropbox: right click > save as > PDF, then I can download the PDF successfully although the same file as .jpg causes a download error.

Note: I can download a few .jpg files successfully.

Note: All .jpg files are displayed in good quality within Dropbox. All .jpg files originate from the same photo camera.

I am currently using 3.99 of available 5.75 GB of Dropbox storage space. So all data should be synchronized and ready for download.

2)

Ideally, I would want mark several files within my Dropbox folder and then download them altogether in one go instead of downloading each .jpg file separately. Dropbox offers to download these files as "Compressed (zipped) folder" or "All files". But whichever I choose, the same download error message as describe above appears.

Thanks a lot for any help!

Hey nevername, sorry to hear about this.

Could you please clear your browser's cache or try another browser and let us know how it goes?

If you still get the same error, I'd appreciate a screenshot too.

    Thanks!
