I have my dropbox installed on an external hard drive of 18 T, and I was only using about 400G on it, but I can't stop seeing this notification.

And now I can't download or make offline any new files.

I tried to reformat and reinstall the newest stable version, but it didn't change anything.

It's like dropbox recognise only a total of 500G storage capacity of my hard drive

Hey @amarok_creator, thanks for reaching out to our Community.

Can you please send me a screenshot of the path for your Dropbox folder as it appears in the sync tab of the app's preferences?

Do you perhaps have a partition on the drive?

Any additional info you can think of, will also be really helpful.

Thanks!
