Unable to open shared link due to storage issue

Hello, i have been sent a link to open & view files (Photos). When i click the link that says “Add to dropbox” it says my dropbox is full. However, i have 0% of 2GB. I have dropbox Basic.

How can i view the files that have been sent? Do i need to purchase a new plan? Seems ridiculous.

    That means the files are larger than 2gb so you wont be able to add to Dropbox. 

     

    You either need to just view on website or upgrade to get more space
