Storage limits reached despite paying for Plus account.

I have a dropbox plus account, I pay €120 each year and have plenty of storage space. a friend added me to her dropbox account and I now have a warning saying I dont have enough space and I need to upgrade to a plus account (which I already have)

I cant talk to Dropbox on bot as it seems to think I have a basic account, so annoying and frustrating, I cant speak to anyone and no contact details on dropbox, so hard to get in touch with, any ideas?

You likely have more than one account; a Basic account and one that you're paying for. Look at your Plan page. If it says Basic, then you're signed in to a free account. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're paying for.

Thanks for your reply, when I try log into a different account (just to double check) it try to create an account for me, which must mean I dont have another account.

Have you used the tool I linked to above to identify the account you're being charged for?
