Hi,

 

I deleted all my files in dropbox, yet it says storage full. Really strange, what could be the issue?Screenshot_1.pngScreenshot_2.png

https://www.dropbox.com/backup/all

Used this link and founf some external drive backup. After deletion, storage was normal.
