Storage Space

Hi
A few weeks ago I had 10 GB of space on Dropbox. Due to lack of space I upgraded to 2TB but after the trial I regretted and wanted to go back to the 10GB.
I don't have that anymore, now I only have 2 GB.
Why am I getting downgraded just because I tried the 2TB.
This is not good service.

You likely have the backup feature enabled. Check your Backups page.
Hey @tommork, welcome to our Community!
Dropbox wouldn't delete your free storage, or even referral space even if you downgraded.
How did you earn that space? Is it possible that this was promotional space or free quota earned from a discount that ended? What does your plan page report?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

It has been many years since I earned the space on Dropbox, some I got because I referred others to Dropbox and a large part of the space because I got a good offer from Dropbox.
I can't remember how much space I had before I downgraded, but it was more than 10GB. I can't remember if it was 50MB.

You Referrals page will show you the bonus space you've earned, how it was earned and when it expires.
Fine, 2GB +7.25 earned = 9.25GB that's what I have.
Why does Dropbox write that I have used 57.4 GB of 9.25 GB of storage space. Dropbox writes: "Free up space or upgrade now"
I have deleted almost everything that I had before I upgraded.
I can only see that I'm using 1.2GB of storage
