My referral storage doesn't work why?

I already earned free storage and it became 20GB. I used only 1 or 2GB but my storage shows full 20GB even if I removed some files.. there is nothing in trash and very weird... can somebody know how it fix?..

Have you checked your Backups page?

Can your provide a screenshot of your space usage from your Plan page along with a screenshot of your Referrals page?
