My Dropbox doesn't sync and asking me to upgrade

My Dropbox is empty but it keeps asking me to upgrade the space and nothing syncs. I have permanently deleted all my files and checked each file but completely nothing is there. However, it is still asking me to upgrade.

Hey @Eric 95, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Could you have a look at your account's plan tab and let us know what it reports in regards to your quota?

 

Do you maybe see any files or folders listed in your backups page that might be taking up space?
