I received an email about my storage being full, but see no files when I log into my account.

I have an account with Dropbox but I don't use it. I don't have any files, folders, photo's etc on my account yet I am recently getting emails saying my storage is full.  When I log in to my account I can't see an files, folders, photo's etc.

    Is it possible that you've accidentally enabled our Backup feature?

      Thank you. Yes backup was automatically on. Not sure what was being backed up but deleted it & all good now. Thanks
