Storage Space
Looking for help with managing the storage space in your Dropbox account? Talk to the Dropbox Community and get advice from members.
I have a dropbox account. Just now its empty. But Dropbox sends E-mails it is full and I must pay for getting more space. How come? Even when I login after having got the link from Interne and NOT the message it shows this. Useless. Then who wants to use this? And does other people get foled to pay when their box is not full?

Have you checked your Backups page?

Check your usage on your Plan page. Provide a screenshot if you can. It should look like this:
