Storage Space

Lately, Dropbox has been emailing to say that my free 2 GB account is half full, and that now might be a good time to upgrade to a paid plan.
Having thoroughly combed through every square inch of my Dropbox account, I can confirm that I have no files in storage, nothing in my "Deleted Files" folder, and no files lurking on my "Backup" page.
My account is empty, in other words......and still, the storage warnings keep landing in my email inbox. (For the record, my email address exactly matches the email address in my Dropbox account settings.)
What remedy? Thanks.
Thanks, Hannah.
I blitzed the "warning" email, sorry to say. However....
I subsequently received an email saying, "Your Dropbox deletion request has been fulfilled," which sounds promising — even though was nothing in my account to delete. 😄
If Dropbox sends me another false alarm, I'll post here again. But for now, thank you all for your help. Fingers crossed we're on track.
P.S. Thanks for uploading my screen cap, Rich!

Reply with a screenshot of your usage from your Plan page. It should look like this:

Hi, Nancy.
After clicking the camera icon, Dropbox displays several blank fields. The first blank field is "Source," containing no further instructions for uploading a file. How to proceed? Thanks.

Thanks for that screenshot, @BywaterNYC.
Can you also send us a screenshot of the email you received about your account being full?
Just make sure to hide any personal info on the screenshot.
