Can you clarify a few things for me first?
For example, are you sharing files with another user, and they’re not receiving a Dropbox email to let them accept and add the file/folder to their Dropbox account?
Are you referring to another kind of notification perhaps?
Also, is this happening for all users you’re sharing files with? Can you send me a screenshot of what you see on your Notifications tab here and your Plan page here?
